The Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Team is focused on building a healthier and more informed community and on promoting education and thoughtful activism centered on its namesake values. The team carries out this mission by curating and distributing educational material, organizing the Knowledge is Power speaker series, promoting relevant campus and community activism, and creating other programs for the Honors College and the USM community.

Organized by EDIT and hosted by the Honors College, the Knowledge is Power Series aims to promote the values of equity, diversity, and inclusion by hosting educational talks by expert speakers on a variety of social justice topics.
