CBH-SOAR PROGRAM SERVICES
Services provided in the CBH-SOAR Program include:
Determining whether an individual is at Clinical High Risk for developing a serious mental illness using evidence-based assessments
Providing interventions aimed at improving outcomes. Our primary goals are to reduce symptoms, foster resilience, and promote functional abilities. These interventions will vary depending on the individual and their needs, but may include:
The CBH-SOAR Program also aims to connect individuals and their families to the most appropriate services for them. If an individual does not qualify for services through the CBH-SOAR Program, we will work to facilitate transitions to appropriate services as well as provide referrals and resources.
The CBH-SOAR Program offers in-person appointments in Hattiesburg, Mississippi and
telehealth services, which are conducted on HIPAA-compliant video chat platforms.
To receive telehealth services, individuals and their families will need access to
a device with a camera, microphone, and stable internet connection. Telehealth services
may be conducted on a phone or computer, but individuals must be within the state
of Mississippi to receive services.
