I am the faculty mentor of an undergraduate student’s research or creative project

• Review your student’s eligibility to present.

• If you plan to attend UGS and your student’s presentation, please register as an attendee if you wish to join us for the luncheon and keynote address.
• Please consider serving and registering as a judge!

I am a faculty member or postdoc and would like to judge student presentations during UGS

We greatly appreciate flexibility regarding the times during which you can judge and hope that you will be able to stay to experience all UGS activities throughout the day. However, realizing that everyone juggles multiple commitments, you can choose to be available in the morning or the afternoon only.

• Please register as a judge [link to registration form] as soon as possible after registration opens, so that the UGS Planning Committee can work on your judging assignments and finalize the UGS program.

I am a Southern Miss graduate student and would like to moderate a presentation panel

We greatly appreciate flexibility regarding the times during which you can moderate and hope that you will be able to stay to experience all UGS activities throughout the day. However, realizing that everyone juggles multiple commitments, you can choose to be available in the morning or the afternoon only.
