The Strategic Plan Steering Committee and Subcommittees included 58 members of the University community who worked diligently to develop the 2025-2029 Strategic Plan. The Steering Committee solicited input from the University community about strategic priorities and received 2,547 complete responses. The Committee also conducted a detailed SWOT analysis and held meetings throughout the 2023-24 academic year to discuss ideas and recommendations from the University community.
