March 3, 2025 is the last date to register to vote in the 2025 Primary Election on April 1, 2025.
IMPORTANT: If you live on the USM Hattiesburg campus and want to vote in Forrest County, please use these addresses as your physical address when registering to vote. Your mailing address should be wherever you receive mail.

Voting as a College Student
College students may register to vote at their parents’ or guardian’s home OR their campus dormitory or apartment. You can only legally be registered in one county. Learn more.
Mississippi Voter Registration Form
You can complete and mail in your voter registration form or drop at Harkins Hall Room 110 between 8am-5pm and CCE will mail it for you.
