Bio
Holly Miller is the Electronic Resources Librarian at University of Southern Mississippi. Before that she was Dean of Libraries at Florida Institute of Technology where she led projects to develop Florida Tech’s Scholarship Repository, established an Open Access Subvention Fund to promote open access publishing, and implemented an electronic thesis submission and preservation procedure. Holly earned a B.S. in Chemistry and Biology from Bloomsburg University, a PhD in Biochemistry from Wake Forest University, and a MLIS from Syracuse University.
