Bio
I am all about Nutrition and using Food as Medicine! Once I learned just how important DIET is to quality of life as well as longevity- I was hooked on Nutrition and am now extremely passionate about teaching others about the link between diet and disease and the importance of a healthy diet. I love all aspects of nutrition; however, I am passionate about Wellness and Prevention using Food because, in my opinion, it is much better to prevent a condition than have to manage one. During my many years of practicing as a registered dietitian, I have witnessed firsthand that food can be used to protect and heal the body. Because of these experiences, a couple of my favorite hobbies are cooking and trying out new interventions that involve food! Live Clean, Eat Good, Feel Great!...TLC
